🎁 What is a Mystery Box?
A Mystery Box is a package full of cute, practical, and carefully selected products, the exact contents of which you will only discover when unboxing.
Every box is a little different, and the moment of surprise is its main feature. ✨
The box will arrive in a pink or white box with the Miki Scoop logo. Inside, you will find a thank-you card and cute paper as padding for the products. I pack every box carefully so that it reaches you in the best possible condition.
✨ The total value of the products in the box is always higher than its retail price.
💖 What can you find in a Mystery Box?
The contents vary with each box. For example, you might find:

I don't want to put just ordinary products in the boxes that you can find in every other shop. I try to choose things that are somehow interesting, cute, aesthetic, or not commonly found in the Czech Republic.
🎀 Can I customize my Mystery Box?
Yes!
If you have certain preferences or wishes, you can write them in the order notes. If possible, I will try to customize the contents of the box so that it suits you as much as possible.
🎁 Can I order a Mystery Box as a gift?
Yes!
You can order a Mystery Box directly for a loved one. If you would like to add a personal note, write it in the order notes and I will be happy to include it in the box.
📦 When will you ship my order?
I generally prepare and ship orders within 7 working days of receiving payment.
Delivery itself usually takes approximately 2–3 working days, depending on the chosen carrier and delivery location.
Do you need urgent delivery within 3 working days? Write it in the order notes!
🎥 When will the packing video be available?
If you purchased a packing video with your order, I will post it according to your preference:

after the package has been delivered.
This way, you can watch your unboxing along with others or keep the video as a memory. 📹💗
🌍 Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. However, it is no problem to send products anywhere in Europe.
🔄 Can I return a Mystery Box?
Yes. You can return a Mystery Box within 14 days of receiving the shipment, just like other goods purchased on the e-shop.
When returning, you must comply with the conditions stated in the terms and conditions. The costs for return shipping are paid by the customer.

🛠️ What if a product arrives damaged or defective?
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible via email or social media.
Ideally, attach photos of the damage or defect and describe what happened. I will try to resolve each case as quickly and fairly as possible.
