Returns and claims

If you need to return goods or file a claim, you will find the necessary information and forms below.

Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, when purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To withdraw from the contract, you can use our form, or notify us of your withdrawal in another unambiguous way, for example, by email at info@mikiscoop.com.

After withdrawing from the contract, you must send the goods back without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Claims

If the goods are defective, damaged, non-functional, or do not correspond to the concluded purchase contract, you can file a claim.

You can file a claim by email at info@mikiscoop.com or by another suitable method. To facilitate processing, you can use our claim form.

When filing a claim, we recommend stating your order number, a description of the problem, and, if applicable, attaching photos of the defect or damage.

The claim will be processed and the customer will be informed of its resolution no later than 30 days from the date of filing, unless the seller and the customer agree on a longer period.
